We buy your stock. We sell your brand.

One company owns the stock, holds the registrations, runs the listings and answers to Amazon, and it isn't you.

Atlassa is an Amazon distributor, which means we buy your stock at wholesale and sell it ourselves across the UK and European marketplaces as your only authorised seller, so the seller of record is us rather than you. You invoice us like any other trade customer and get paid on your own terms, and from that point it's our stock, our VAT registrations in Germany, France, Italy and Spain, and our Seller Central account. There's no retainer and no percentage of your sales, because we earn the retail margin instead, and the brand, the IP and Brand Registry all stay exactly where they are.

Who we work with

We partner with established brands: businesses with strong historic sales and a known name within their niche.

We're not looking to work with private label brands or new launches. The best fit is where the brand is already proven elsewhere, where you have customers looking for your product but Amazon isn't being looked after the way it should be.

An agency gets paid whether the stock sells or not, so if the launch goes badly or the advertising burns through a quarter of the budget, the retainer still goes out on the first of the month and the stock in the warehouse is still yours. We've bought it, so it's on us.

It's never really hands off either, because the account stays yours, which means the listings and Brand Registry are yours and most decisions find their way back to you, and you're still the one registering for VAT in each country, filing the returns and paying the accountant who does them.

None of which makes an agency the wrong answer, and if you've got the capital to fund stock and advertising and the people to run it, you'll keep the whole retail margin and you probably should. We'll tell you that on the first call.

Will your customers just move to Amazon?

Some will, but most won't. We agree the pricing for each platform with you before anything goes live, and we'll usually sit at or above your own site, so there's nothing to gain by switching and your other retailers aren't being undercut.

What Amazon brings is the people who would never have found you otherwise, and since we've bought the stock up front, those sales sit on top of what you're already doing. We won't market the brand in a way you wouldn't.

Questions brands ask

Who is the seller of record?

That's us, which means the stock is ours, the price is ours to set inside the guardrails we've agreed with you, our name sits under Sold by on the product page and we account for the VAT on the sale. The liability sits here rather than with you, and the brand stays yours.

Is an Amazon agency or a distributor better for my brand?

It comes down to who you'd rather have carrying the stock. An agency works inside your account for a fee, so you keep the retail margin but also the cash tied up in inventory and the risk that it doesn't sell, whereas we buy the stock outright and you take a wholesale price instead.

Will I lose control of my pricing?

No. The guardrails go into the supply agreement before anything goes live, and since we make our money on the margin, dropping the price costs us before it ever costs you.
